TOWN OF GROVER
RESOLUTION 2009-02
A RESOLUTION GIVING ACCESS OF TOWN ROADS TO ATV’S
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Grover of Marinette County, Wisconsin has granted the use of designated town roads to ATV’s; and
WHEREAS, the designated roads are as follows: Townline Road from County B to State Highway 64; and
WHEREAS, these designated roads will be reviewed and renewed on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, by designating use of town roads to ATV’s our residents will benefit; and
WHEREAS, any ATV using these town roads must follow the rules and laws of the State of Wisconsin ATV Association; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the town board of the Town of Grover, for the use of town streets by ATV’s, hereby be accepted by the town board of the Town of Grover.
Approved and adopted this 14th day of April, 2009.
Motion by Chairman Wayne Staidl, seconded by Supervisor Wayne Hoffman.
