Officer Reports:
Clerk/Treasurer: $100 was received from the Government Accountability Board to improve election data collection.
Supervisor I: none
Supervisor II: There are big holes on South Harmony Road that Buzz and Jack are fixing. It is too hard for town employees to put road signs on the new highway as they don’t have the proper equipment.
Chairperson: The trailers need to be kept back far enough for firefighters to get through the door. Buzz said lots of signs need to be straightened.
Garbage/Recycling Coordinator: The annual report was filed in April. Lisa is working with Gary on going down Marquardt lane rather than picking up at the end.
Zoning Administrator: There were 4 building permits, 3 driveway permits, 1 fire sign, and 1 conditional use appeal. The burnt home is grandfathered and is a buildable lot.
Constable: Troy asked the board to consider having people pay for their dogs to be held by him.
