March 12, 2012 Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm at the Grover Town Hall by Chairman Wayne Staidl. In attendance were: Chairman Wayne Staidl, Supervisor Wayne Hoffman, Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Witak, Gordon Klimek, Lud Richter, Buzz Davis, Vern Cramer, Naomi Dumke, Doug Witak, Wade Larsen, and Dave Zahn-Peshtigo Times.
Motion to approve the agenda by Hoffman, second by Staidl. Carried
Motion to approve 2/13/12 minutes by Hoffman, second by Staidl. Carried
Motion to approve the treasurer’s report by Staidl, second by Hoffman. Carried
Communications:
Asphalt Road Maintenance meeting, Northern Lake Service report, and letter from Land Information regarding survey markers, WPS power lines on Church Road and Elm Lane will be moved
Officer Reports:
Clerk/Treasurer: Election meeting was attended by Lisa today that was presented by county clerk Kathy Brandt.
Supervisor I: None
Supervisor II: Some pavement was taken out by the snowplow. Wayne talked with the representatives from Fahrner Asphalt.
Chairperson: Wayne stated that gas taxes are not creating as much revenue as is needed for the state.
Garbage/Recycling Coordinator: The annual recycling report was submitted.
Zoning Administrator: None
Road Crew: Road patching will begin 3/13.
Motion by Staidl, second by Hoffman to have Staidl and Hoffman attend the WAPA Asphalt Pavement Seminar. Carried
Motion to approve MABAS Resolution 2012-01 by Staidl, second by Hoffman. Carried
Motion to approve Ordinance 2012-01 extending officer terms by Staidl, second by Hoffman. Carried
Next meeting April 10 6pm Annual meeting April 10 7pm
Motion to approve vouchers 11611-11635 and Cramer Excavating by Staidl, second by Hoffman. Carried
Motion to adjourn at 6:50pm by Hoffman, second by Staidl. Carried
