June 29, 2010 road bid opening minutes
The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm by Chairman Wayne Staidl at the Grover Town Hall. In attendance were: Chairman Wayne Staidl, Supervisor Kim Kittredge, Supervisor Wayne Hoffman, Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Witak, Greg Grassman from Northeast Asphalt, and Pat Schlies from Scott Construction.
Bids were received from Northeast Asphalt and Scott Construction for Reif Road and Behnke School Road. Bids were received from Northeast Asphalt and Peshtigo Asphalt for Track Lane.
Motion by Hoffman, second by Kittredge to hire Scott Construction for Reif Road and Behnke School Road and Northeast Asphalt for Track Lane. Carried.
Motion to adjourn at 6:20pm by Staidl, second by Kittredge. Carried.
