December 12, 2011 minutes
The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Wayne Staidl at the Grover Town Hall. In attendance were: Chairman Wayne Staidl, Supervisor Kim Kittredge, Supervisor Wayne Hoffman, Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Witak, Naomi Dumke, Vern Cramer, Eugene Bancroft, Gordon Klimek, Lud Richter, Buzz Davis, and Dave Zahn-Peshtigo Times.
Motion by Kittredge, second by Hoffman to approve the agenda. Carried
Motion to approve the minutes from 11/8/11 by Hoffman, second by Kittredge. Carried.
Motion to approve the treasurer’s report by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
Public Comment:
Buzz asked about the Blue Ribbon Casino status.
Eugene Bancroft asked about the trailers on Carlson Lane-Kim is working with them.
Communications: Fahrner sent in road ratings, Land Use Planning and Zoning Wisline Series, Urban Towns Committee dues if town wants to join, WI Great Lakes Chronicle, Harmony Cemetery Association asking to stay in the budget.
Officer Reports:
Clerk/Treasurer: We are not able to get high speed internet at this time so Town of Peshtigo will continue to provide SVRS service. Tax bills should be in mailboxes soon.
Supervisor I: None
Supervisor II: Culverts are in on Tower Hill Road.
Chairperson: None
Garbage/Recycling Coordinator: Lisa is working on getting the stickers and letter completed to send out.
Zoning Administrator: 4 building permits for the month were issued.
Road Crew: Buzz asked about signs that state Children Ahead as there is one down on Bundy Road.
Appoint elections inspectors: Joan Carlson, Lori Bushmaker, Doris Seefeldt, Donna Swanson, Ann Lemke, Ellen Liptak, Sally Witak, Estelle Boehm, Buzz Davis, Jamie Glish, Stephanie Bushmaker, Melodae Holmgren, Kay Lantow. Motion to appoint these by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
Motion by Kittredge, second by Hoffman to transfer between budget categories in 2011 budget as follows: $600 from attorney to Elections, $100 from attorney to Marinette County Tax Collection, $3700 from zoning to fire truck, and $1200 from culverts to fire truck.

Motion by Hoffman, second by Kittredge to approve the 2012 budget. Carried
Motion to approve operator’s licenses for Kessa Jo Evans, Kris Karpowicz, Jamie Lookadoo, and Nicolina Jashinsky by Hoffman, second by Kittredge. Carried
Motion to approve Wayne Hoffman, Wayne Staidl, and Kim Kittredge to attend the WTA meeting in Wausaukee on 12/15 by Staidl, second by Kittredge. Carried
Next meeting 1/16/12 6pm
Motion to approve vouchers 11529-11554 plus Cramer Excavating and Decker Supply by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
Motion to adjourn at 6:35pm by Kittredge, second by Staidl. Carried
