Town of Grover
August 16, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm. Board members Kim Kittredge, Wayne Staidl, Wayne Hoffman, and Lisa Witak were in attendance.
Motion to enter closed session per WI statute 19.85 (1)(c) to interview candidates for custodian by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
Candidates interviewed were: Jayme Starr, Deborah Walters, Wade & Faye Tress, Sue Lemke, and Becky Charapata
Motion by Hoffman, second by Kittredge to reconvene in open session per WI statute 19.85(2). Carried
Motion by Staidl to hire Becky Charapata as town hall custodian and to place the rest of the applications on file, second by Hoffman. Carried
Thomas and Gail Mandli attended the following portion of the meeting.
Motion to put up another stop sign at Gross Lane, Homestead Road, Bridge Road intersection making it an all way stop; put up no parking on this side of road on the east side of North Boat Landing Lane; put up stop sign at North Boat Landing Lane intersection with Boat Landing Lane; put up no parking past this point on North Boat Landing Lane near the boat landing; and separate the no loitering and curfew 9pm signs by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
Motion to adjourn at 7:55pm by Kittredge, second by Hoffman. Carried
